Green Jobs Now

With the signing of the ambitious Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) into law, Illinois has become the first coal-producing and midwestern state to commit to a carbon-free future. CEJA not only aims to get the state to 100% clean energy by 2050 but also prioritizes equity by including significant workforce development components for Illinoisans who have been historically shut out of the clean energy economy.
