She says her college is addressing an equitable economic recovery by examining “revitalizing the inclusive regional economies, as well as redesigning education and workforce development.”
Proctor says the college is working with employers and “cultivating apprenticeships and continuing to be responsive to the needs that employers are identifying for us. And connecting students to those opportunities.”
