Efrem Bycer, manager of Economic Graphic at LinkedIn Learning, helps policy leaders achieve their workforce development objectives.

Bycer says learning new skills is only one part of the workforce fix. He says employers have to examine their hiring processes and how they are creating inclusive environments. He adds, “Doing these things, without giving workers the ability to have a stronger voice and more agency in, not just their work environment but, their community is crucial.”
