Hector Mujica is the jobs and skilling lead for Google.org. The organization states, “We bring the best of Google to help solve some of humanity’s biggest challenges…”

Mujica says, “An equitable economic recovery is one that is built on principles of justice, of economic justice, on principles of ensuring that there’s equal opportunity for everyone to engage and participate and have access to training. And that access has to be able to meet people where they’re at.”

Google.org recently announced it’s giving $12 million in funding and technical expertise to support organizations that are striving for racial equity.

WorkingNation interviewed Mujica for #WorkingNationOverheard as a media partner with the JFF Horizons 2020 conference. You can watch all the interviews on our YouTube channel.
