Jennifer Stredler is vice president workforce development at Salesforce.org. In her role, Stredler oversees the company’s global workforce development strategy, philanthropy, and partnerships that focus on training young adults for future career success.

Stredler says despite the recent months of hardship, she is hopeful because of the availability of resources for workers and learners. She says it is inspiring to witness organizations that work with Salesforce.org are continuing to provide their services despite the pandemic. “Not only in the actual training, but also all of their case management support and wraparound support for their clients and students.”
