Jennifer Stredler is vice president workforce development at Salesforce.org. In her role, Stredler oversees the company’s global workforce development strategy, philanthropy, and partnerships that focus on training young adults for future career success.

She says she is very inspired by how organizations with whom Salesforce collaborates have been able to pivot their services in response to COVID-19.

Stredler says she has found hope during this difficult time. “This is an amazing time for workers and learners to build skills. I think there are more resources than ever that are accessible for people including trainings and classes online that have never been free before.”

WorkingNation interviewed Stredler for #WorkingNationOverheard as a media partner with the JFF Horizons 2020 conference. You can watch all the interviews on our YouTube channel.
