Katie Clark is the Director of Sustainability at Happy Family Organics, an organic baby food company in the U.S.

In this clip, Katie talks about the company’s mission to change the trajectory of children’s health through nutrition and how sustainability fits into that mission.

In her role, Katie has helped the company implement strategic sustainability initiatives across the entire supply chain to drive impact and engagement in the brand’s mission.

Fun Fact: Katie went to an elementary school outside Washington, D.C. on the site of a 100-acre farm where part of her curriculum included taking care of farm animals and caring for the earth.
