Phil Weinberg is co-founder & CEO of STRIVE. The nonprofit workforce development organization is committed to helping people acquire skills needed to find solid employment and attain economic self-sufficiency.

Weinberg says that COVID-19 has shed a brighter light on the inequities in the workplace. But he adds a hopeful note. “We do lean into this with a sense of optimism and determination…we can envision a more just, a more fair, and a more equitable economy, as well as a more equitable future.”
