Phil Weinberg is co-founder & CEO of STRIVE. The nonprofit workforce development organization is committed to helping people acquire skills needed to find solid employment and attain economic self-sufficiency.

Weinberg acknowledges the anger and frustration the nation has been experiencing in recent months. But with that, Weinberg says, “is a sense of deep reflection and it’s happening across communities, it’s happening among leadership.”

He adds, “This is a very healthy dynamic where all of us are asking—what more can we do and how do we bring our voices and our actions to bear in a way that really advances this moment.”
