From Ohio: Statehouse News Bureau reports the Goodwill facility in Columbus will be a hub to train for broadband-building jobs in the state.

From West Virginia: WBOY reports a new workforce development office in Weston is bringing jobs and skills training to the area.

From Wisconsin: University of Wisconsin System announces a collaborative of faculty and staff from Wisconsin’s 13 public universities is using $4.3 million in funding for freshwater research and training opportunities for high school and undergraduate students.
