WorkingNation’s Ramona Schindelheim was interviewed by Salvatrice Cummo for The Future of Work podcast for Pasadena City College.

Ramona discusses the importance of “doing” as we grow our careers and skill sets through out the length of our work-life and “the skill-based nature that the workforce is heading towards needs to be talked about in the media and exposed as opportunities”. She also discussed how WorkingNation uses storytelling in our campaign to illustrate solutions to workforce issues.
