The Disability:IN annual conference took place in Dallas this July. The four-day conference featured speakers on digital accessibility, workplace accessibility, expanding opportunities for promotion, and more. The organization also released its annual Disability Equality Index (DEI), its list of best places to work for disability inclusion. WorkingNation was there and sat down with thought leaders to examine how the nation’s employers are driving changes in the workplace, creating an inclusive economy in which people with disabilities – visible and invisible – participate fully and meaningfully.
